Fixed Operations Manager

The Fixed Operations Manager at Marigold Ford Lincoln will drive operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development while ensuring full compliance with manufacturer and company standards. What You’ll Do:
1. Leadership & Collaboration
- Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Service and Parts teams to deliver exceptional performance and customer experiences.
- Work closely with Assistant Service and Parts Managers to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales leadership to ensure alignment across departments and a seamless customer journey.
2. Customer Satisfaction & Retention
- Champion an outstanding customer experience across all fixed operations.
- Handle customer escalations professionally, ensuring timely, fair, and effective resolution.
- Develop and execute strategies that drive customer retention, loyalty, and long-term growth.
3. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of high-volume Service and Parts Departments, ensuring efficient workflow, productivity, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement long-term operational strategies that support scalability and efficiency.
