OUR RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAKS
Update May 22, 2020 –
As we continue to monitor the situation with COVID-19, we are taking additional steps to help protect the health and well-being of our employees and guests. Our goal has been to help you care for your families and friends to prevent the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus as much as we can. We continue to sanitize, provide hand sanitizing stations, have reduced seating in our reception area and showroom, our Children’s Playroom is closed and we are practising social distancing. While our Staff remain at the dealership to assist you with your automotive needs, we are encouraging you to book online (via our website or phone app) or simply call us. This will allow us to keep one another safe.
Effective immediately Marigold Lincoln respectfully will request all guests to wear a face mask or covering when visiting our dealership. If you do not have a facemask and would prefer to wear one, please ask a staff member.
By wearing a face mask, you will protect yourself and our employees.
In Service we have installed Plexiglas barriers at the counter, closed our children’s play room and have limited guest seating. Our local shuttle is limited to 1 passenger per trip and is sanitized between trips. Customer vehicles are also sanitized after work is completed.
The Parts counter is now open for customer pickup with curbside pickup also available.
The showroom has been equipped with a workstation that allows for social distancing. We have also installed Plexiglas barriers at reception and the business office. Our sales staff will wear a mask when face to face with a customer; each vehicle is sanitized for every test drive. We have the ability to finalize a purchase over the phone, or e-mail. Using Adobe Sign, we can even complete all Lincoln Auto Finance contracts with electronic signatures. New car pick up is also modified for distancing with use of an electronic New Vehicle Orientation tool.
Refreshments are currently not available.
We continue to ask our guests to limit 2 visitors per household, practice safe social distancing by staying 2 meters / 6 feet apart from others and leaving your pets at home.
Payments by Credit and Debit are highly encouraged for Parts and Service. Our Debit/Credit terminal has been upgraded and will allow Tap transactions up to $100 for Debit Cards and $250 for Credit Cards
